The Omerta is a great spring or summer shoe because it is built light. It has a laced upper with elasticized gussets so you can slip them on when it is just too hard to bend over and tie stuff. A minimalist design adds to the aerodynamic properties - we don't have a wind tunnel, but I blew on them and they seemed pretty fast. They also offer great board feel and canvas comfort.
